Here are the highlights:

Celebrate the world-renowned and leading researcher from Taiwan

Dr. Chi-Huey Wong (翁啟惠博士), a world-renowned scientist in chemistry and biochemistry, leading the development of groundbreaking Globo-H Cancer Vaccine. Dr. Wong will be speaking about the recent development in Biotechnology and Glycomedicine that will mark a key breakthrough for the $2 trillion dollars biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry.

Dr. Wong was the President Emeritus, Academia Sinica, Taipei, Taiwan, and currently the Scripps Family Chair Professor of Chemistry at The Scripps Research Institute. Dr. Wong has won numerous prestigious international awards, including the Wolf Prize in Chemistry (2014) that is widely regarded as second only to the Nobel Prize in terms of its stature.


Celebrate the young and amazingly talented from Taiwan …

Ms. Ching-Shan Jessica Chang, originally from Taiwan, is an award-winning musician based in New York City. On Sep 29, 2019, at only 25 years old, Ching-Shan is also among the youngest and the first Taiwanese to receive the prestigious Golden Eye Award at the 8th INTERNATIONAL FILM MUSIC COMPETITION in Zurich, triumphed amid 321 composers from 46 countries.
