NATEA believes that gender should not be a constraint when it comes to achieving personal goals. Today more than ever, we want to empower women to be free in making their own choices. Equity isn’t just a nice-to-have, it’s a must-have. We would like to support and echo International Women’s Day’s 2023 initiative to #EmbraceEquity.
We are proud to present NATEA’s 3rd annual Women’s Summit this March.
On March 24, 2023 (California time), female leaders in Tech and Education will share their experiences to provide examples of how women can establish their careers in a challenging environment and embrace opportunities to find their ways in work and personal life. #Resilience

為響應 2023 國際婦女節的主題「擁抱公平 #EmbraceEquity」，北美台灣工程師協會（NATEA）將於 3 月 24 日周五舉辦第三屆女力論壇。今年的論壇主題為「韌性 #Resilience」，活動邀請在職涯的不同階段的女性講者，分享他們如何在充滿挑戰的環境中建立自己職業規劃，並且擔任管理要職，以及掌握創業先機，活出自己選擇的道路！
論壇將於線上舉行，並設有會後交流時間。目前正開放報名，誠摯地歡迎各位踴躍報名參加。
